99 percent of the techs I`ve ever had smoked. They are not allowed to smoke in customers cars but that`s it. If a good tech bills out good hours with no comebacks, I don`t care if they smoke in the shop or not. I don`t smoke myself but I will not be a jerk and... Login to read more.
