As everybody knows, the South shuts down when it ices / snows. I live in a wooded area in the Ouachita foothills and when it snows, the roadside is LITTERED with vehicles, mostly 4wd. It's really funny to see everybody off the road (so long as they aren't hurt... Login to read more.
