Here in good ole KY, you will see MANY vehicles running around fenderless, taped headlights where none exist ( if they still have 1, no taped in 2nd), BALD TIRES " it's raining, slow down, the ROADS are slick", no hoods, no truck beds.... etc. Login to read more.
