That would be the issue with flat rate, it is an all or none pay plan you can't CHOOSE to pay some one .3 for an LOF when the F pays .3, the O pay .2, and the L pays .2 not to mention a PDI(pre delivery inspection) pays 1 hr and they give that a way free with... Login to read more.
