Re: Which states require certfication to perform repairs?
In Florida,both Miami-Dade and Broward counties have Auto
Repair Licenses laws that cover Repairs shops and
Technicians. I worked on the committees that formed both of
these back in the mid 1990s. here is a link to some info
about the programs.
