Are you sure? I'm quite positive that my DESIRED or TARGET is hanging at 21 psi. Actual follows it very well. It appears to be what the PCM wants to do. Also, working right or not, the TARGET pressure has a 'dip' in it when you accelerate, which makes no sense... Login to read more.
