I am also working on a 99 Cummins Diesel with the 47RE transmission; this truck also has the clutch cycling problem along with an odd TPS voltage reading. With the engine off, I have an apps volt reading of about .43 volts; once I turn on the engine, the volts... Login to read more. ![]()
