I am working on a 95 F250 5.8 L E4OD with cold idle problems.

However,

I have KOEO and KOER codes of

637 TOT out of range and 624 EPC circuit

The EPC(PSI) parameter is 5 KOEO but it alternates between 5 and 127.5 KOER every 3 seconds or so.... Login to read more.
