My 95 K15 Suburban did the same thing. A switch to 4:10 took care of mine :<) I run it around town in OD and towing I spend most of the time in 3rd except for flat cruising. There was NO DIFFERENCE in non towing economy and an increase in towing economy. Login to read more.
