The code 52 was a 2nd gear shift ratio error. The code 36 was a fault immediately after shift. You probably did right by replacing it. Usually a code 36 is is a sign of a serious internal failure. Did you drop the pan and check for fuzzies on the magnet? Also ... Login to read more.
