This pickup has a Borg Warner 44-6 transfer case. It came in with a clunk on initial acceleration and jerking or trailer hitching when cruising over 40mph. I found a lot of fine metal in the transfer case fluid, so I took it apart. I can't find anything wrong ... Login to read more.
