Pilot bushing dragging against the input shaft can cause these kinds of problems. Was the flywheel surfaced? How about the pilot bushing,,was it changed? If so,,it might have been mushroomed while installing it. And was the clutch new or rebuilt? Complete kit? Login to read more.
