Matt, I put a 700 trans that I rebuilt with extra clutches and a shift kit from trans yo yo in a 76 Chevy truck. This is behind an Olds 455 motor. I haul loads all time and I am satisfied with it. You might consider a toggle switch to turn the TCC solenoid on ... Login to read more.
