i'm not sure. i do know that the shift solenoids for the axode has a diode for voltage spike protection and the ax4n does not. the ax4n's diode is in the pcm. atsg had a bulletin that is detailed on the shift sol issue. Knowing ford, the possibility of this wo... Login to read more. ![]()
