i always adjust the tv cable in this manner and is no means text book but we build about 10 per month and it works. the 3-4 shift must not occur below 45 mph with minimum throttle 2-6%. if it does "tighten" the tv cable. then a 4-3 down shift must occur at 50m... Login to read more.
