I have this car, that will start in 3rd gear at all times. I have found 8 volts to the solenoids. If I manually energize the solenoids, the trans will shift. The TCM has 12v power at pin2, and 15 of connector e 38-2. It has grounds at pin 1 and 14 of same conn... Login to read more.
