Try pulling the trans plug and see if it will fail safe to high line pressure & 3rd gear in D. If no third then it is time drop the valve body and air check the 3/4 clutch,if you have a ATSG manual it is port 27,it's hard to get air into the port, you will nee... Login to read more.
