Thanks, Chuck and Chris. The problem with this truck was a bad driver in the pcm. I assumed (won't I ever learn?) that when the scan tool says the actual fm amps is 1.07, that is what it is. Not! The pcm was making up that number and sending it down the data s... Login to read more.
