Jeff, Go to pin #30 at PCM depress clutch (in any gear except neutral) and see if voltage goes from 0v to 5v [...] car does not have to be running, just make sure the key is turned to run. I suspect you have a bad,unplugged or misadjusted clutch switch. Lookin... Login to read more.
