As an experement I added apx 1/4" to the clutch m-cyl rod & it releases fine. Not sure if flywheel is thin as you suggested or cylinder is weak, but after test driving, this is the LEAST of their problems, trans is NOISEY in all indirect gears & sometimes hard... Login to read more.
