That's been happening since the 80's on Ford transmissions; the bolt looks like it should be a fill plug, but it isn't. First one I saw was on a Blunderbird Turbo Coupe. We had to disassemble the trans, then reassemble correctly; there had been too many hands ... Login to read more.
