Just thinkin’,,,,,,pushing out the vent indicates pressure in the case, 160* wouldn’t be high enough to boil the oil out. Aeration would be my next suspect. That would be if the pump was sucking air. How about connecting a vacuum/FP gauge to the vent? Login to read more.
