the counter gear speed sensor is the O/P speed for U140 that teeth count is fixed on all models, some use u241 planet with 3 pinions meant for 4 cylinders not u140 with 4 pinion planet meant for 6 cylinders still that wont affect the performance, you can grind... Login to read more.
