Those are the reasons I feel it is a PCM issue. But, like I said, I am not willing to state it is a computer issue.

I have only replaced 3, I think, Ford Pcm's in 30ish years. The Ford van and a Lincoln 3.0 just 2 months ago. The other was a 99 F250 5.4.
