There isn't a menu item for resetting the calibration ID's in the Autel (at least not with my current update). Get a screen cap/save file for the Cal ID's, then do the following:

1: KOEO 2: Brake pedal pressed 3: Shift to R 4: Press accelerator to approx 1/2 throttle (no more than 1/2) (Brake pedal still pressed) 5: On the TCM menu press clear codes as if clearing trouble codes 6: Foot off accelerator (Brake still pressed) 7: Shift to Park

If the calibration did in fact reset the indicator on the dash should take about 1-2 sec before it show "P" for park. If it didn't take it will come on immediately. At this point go back into the CAL ID and take another screen cap/data save. Then compare the two. If the recal process took, at least a few of the numbers should be different. HTH
