I have had to use an old cap off the original master cylinder and tap a fitting into it so I could use a hand vacuum pump. Hold the pedal to the floor and pull a vacuum on it. Ford Rangers had a lot of trouble with bleeding, but I have never had the same issue... Login to read more.
