Be sure to also check the TCC shift valve . It is inboard of the o/d solenoid in the same bore. The one inboard of the TCC solenoid is the TCC shuttle valve. If I remember right the shift valve itself has to be stuck to cause your problem,,but if either of tho... Login to read more.
