If it happens not to be a bad modulator I have seen the kick-down solenoid failing or sticking open a little cause this problem also. It can also cause this problem a couple of weeks after an overhaul if,,,uhhh,,,SOMEONE forgets to tighten the two little bolts... Login to read more.
