Thanks to all for your input. Decided to chase down inop "o/d" light in dash. Ran thru test in toyota service manual. O/d switch sends 12v "burst" to ecm, which then sends permanent ground signal to "o/d off" light in cluster. Another 12v "burst" turns off gro... Login to read more.
