I haven't had the pleasure of 2011 model, but usually on earlier models, using the palms of both hands, give it a bump and turn, kinda spin it slowly as you bump it. Doesn't usually take a lot of force. You may have to make a couple of revolutions. Does the ex... Login to read more.
