Kenneth, Fwiw ive never seen a torn seal. The have ALL been a 35R plate issue. That being said though if it is indeed very clean i have had TECHM issues as well but i think you said you changed the TECHM on this one so that pretty much leaves the guts of this ... Login to read more.
