4R100 won't upshift

I actually have two of them at this moment. Both exhibiting the same symptoms.

Each one came to me really messed up and got a complete rebuild w/Transgo upgrades.

One is a 97 Ford Super Duty (gas) and the other is a 2000 Ford Super Duty (7.3D)
