Problem shifting between 2nd and 3rd

Hello All.

I have this vehicle that when it warms up , it has a problem shifting into 3rd gear. It sounds like it wants to go into 3rd gear but then it neutrals. I had a time where it just missed 3rd gear and went into 4th gear.
