Hi Rik. It definitely sounds like the Overrun Clutch is not applying, if you are not getting engine braking in the Manual 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Ranges. While that is a problem, the Overrun Clutch not applying should not cause the slip/flair you are complaining abo... Login to read more.
