Have you tried adding more fluid? This unit has a temp controlled 'flapper' valve that can let as much as 2&1/2 quarts of fluid be trapped when hot under the side cover. Also the 94-97 626's had a ground problem where the engine ground strap hooks to the motor... Login to read more.
