Hi Dave. Both TCC and Overdrive are enabled with solenoids controlled via the PCM. When you say that it will not downshift, use a scan tool to see if the PCM is commanding the TCC solenoid off or the Overdrive Solenoid off. This will tell us if it is a contro... Login to read more.
