It is def not the shafts as I stated before. I have isolated the noise to the 2-4 syncro sleeve. Finally got it to do it on the lift and while watching the syncro sleeve it actually jumps back and forth in and out of 4wd. Detent looks good the three keys and ... Login to read more.
