The band in the Ford-O-Matic in my T-Bird was adjusted too tight when I first got it. The most noticeable thing was a clunking 3-2 coast downshift. About 10 years ago I decided to service the transmission. While I had the pan off, I adjusted the band properly.... Login to read more.
