The 46RE... Sounds pretty much cooked to me. The buzzing is fluid aeration from the plugged filter, buzzing pressure regulator. The filter plugging is usually something coming apart in trans. Pull the pan and check it out, may even cut the filter open. To see ... Login to read more.
