I have a 2012 F-450 here with the Torqshift 6 trans that came in stuck in 5th gear. Diagnosed a shift solenoid problem, pulled the pan & found the fluid was severely burned & lots of debris in it. Removed trans for teardown, found cut seal on the direct clutch... Login to read more.
