I monitered the ratio by input vs out put and comuter calculated ratio. The ratio went from .75 to 1 to 1 to upon the 2nd gear command. I am very familary with the 4t65e. Even in a no power or failsafe you can get a manual 2nd but this thing aint doing it. Login to read more.
