i'm installing one from my builder today , on a 2000 Ford Ranger and he says to use ATF in the unit. i have also spoken to another builder and he agrees with the first guy. I believe Ford used to recommend 10w-30 engine oil. i believe either one will work.. Go... Login to read more.
