91 Isuzu Trooper 4L30E in backup mode

Got a 91 Trooper, lovely two-pan turbo (4L30E). Has flashing trans light, DTCs 28 and 33, is in backup mode.

DTC 28 = 2-3 Shift Solenoid Voltage High DTC 33 = Force Motor Voltage High
