Update: Terminal 26 (TOT Sig) at the PCM was cut. Terminal 1 (ref volt) at the ISS was cut. Now a wire was run from terminal 26 at the PCM to terminal 1 at the ISS and it melted due to poor routing... I can't figure out what the hell they were trying to do, or... Login to read more.
