Very common problem. Remove the 4 bottom bolts and clean them very dry. Clean and dry the mating surfaces on the pump face. Next take some Permatex ultra seal (gray) and put a bead under the pump bolt head flanges all the way around. Torque to 18 foot pound on... Login to read more.
