Just a thought, check the clutch pedal to see if its bent or flexing. I've seen the aluminum/steel ones twist pretty bad. Also make sure the clutch pedal pivot bushings are good and that the holes aren't hogged out. I think there is also a bushing from the ped... Login to read more.
