It is a fact that for wheel drive and two wheel drive 700r4 or 4l60e transmissions are different in length. The 4X4 trans has a shorter outputshaft and 2wd is longer. As long as both transmissions are 4l60e's you could change the output shaft and be in busines... Login to read more.
