I cannot respond to the part number but back then GM made TH 375As and 375B trannys. If my 62 year old memory is correct, the 375A was a beefed up 350. Used a 350 case and some extra clutch discs. The 375B was a TH400 case and had fewer clutchs in the forward ... Login to read more.
