I finally called ATSG and Jim told me to back off the throttle pressure a little,I know it sounds crazy but I did it and it fixed [...] says for some reason if vehicle speed and gov. pressure get to high and the pcm doesn't see a 2-3 it will drop target gov. [... Login to read more.
