We have an 1999 Chevy 2wd S-10 pickup here with a 4.3 X and 4L60E trans. The problem is a P1860 that sets as soon as the tires roll, sometimes it takes 30 seconds or so but it always sets the P1860. This is an electrical code not a performance cod... Login to read more.
